Lisse van Vliet - Vice President of Energy Club

Lisse van Vliet has joined Energy Club as vice-president, responsible for international cooperation. He is currently working as a business developer for the Ukrainian Energy Exchange (UEEX). As a reaction of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was involved in establishing the Ukraine Emergency Support Team led by the Energy Community Secretariat. At the Secretariat, Lisse van Vliet was previously working on gas market liberalization and integration. He has been personally involved in setting up the South-East European Gas (SEEGAS) initiative. Until September 2022, Lisse was working at the Association of European Energy Exchanges (Europex) as policy adviser for gas and power markets.
