Delaying the full imposition of the embargo on Russian oil: a weakness of a united Europe or an economic stalemate?
The Kremlin's energy policy has long been devoid of logic. Only the language of ultimatums and blackmail. The events that we observe around the gas transit are the next example of that, which must stop the force of the sanctions.
