Scrum Master/Agile Coach
We are looking for you, if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial Scrum Master
- Experience in working with scattered development teams in multi-national environments
- Very good understanding of software development processes using agile methodologies
- Very good command of English
- Experience in administering Agile tools (such as Jira)
- Experience with DevOps, TDD, ATDD
- Scrum Master certificate (as an extra)
- Excellent communication skills
Your responsibilities:
To Scrum Team:
- Instructing team members on management and interdisciplinary approach;
- Supporting Scrum Team in providing quality Increments compliant with Definition of Done
- Maintaining good operation of scrum events, and making sure they are timely, constructive and productive
To Product Owner:
- Supporting in finding the right solutions and techniques allowing for accurate identification of Product Goal and managing Product Backlog
- Supporting the Scrum Team in understanding the need for clear and concise formulation of Product Backlog elements
- Helping in applying empirical approach to work planning and product implementation in complex environment
- Aiding in cooperation with the Clients, when asked or when such need arises
To Company:
- Providing organized training and instructions in scrum implementation process
- Planning and consulting in applying Scrum in the company
- Helping the employees and clients in understanding and applying the right approach to complex problems
- Removing obstacles between clients and Scrum Teams
